Concrete block, made by Krebs
Concrete masonry combines cementitious materials, aggregate and water into a shaped unit. The product collections show the wall sizes, companion shapes and architectural finishes available for a conversation with our manufacturing team.
For a particular job, confirm the selected unit, production options and lead time. Our team can help connect your plans with the product information you need.
Color is part of the material
Aggregate, cementitious ingredients, moisture, curing and surface texture can affect how concrete masonry appears. Differences between production runs and changes in lighting can be visible. A small image is useful for exploring an idea; it cannot establish the final appearance of a wall.
Discuss representative samples, blending and a project mockup with the team before approving an architectural finish.
Environmental information
Environmental documentation must describe the material actually supplied. Ask for current information about aggregate source, recycled content or other project requirements. Historical supplier letters about lightweight aggregate do not establish the recycled content or environmental credentials of every Krebs product today.
Related materials
A masonry project may also need brick, stone, mortar, sand, grout, reinforcement, ties, flashing and finishing supplies. The older product reference also mentions ready-mix and other related construction materials. Confirm current service and assortment with Krebs.
